DID YOU KNOW that electrostatic painting differs from standard spray paint because of the magnetic attraction between the paint and the metal surface? Electrostatic painting creates an environment where the paint is sprayed, and then propelled toward the metal with the magnetic attraction, reducing overspray and uneven coating. If you have a project that needs a special paint application, call Electrostatic Painting for all your powder coating needs. Since 1998, Electrostatic Painting has been creating beauty and value in our clients' homes and lives. Check out our portfolio of previous projects.

Electrostatic painting, also known as powder coating, consists of dry powder fed from a spray gun where a high voltage charge sends the powder out. The charged powder particles are attracted to the metal and plastic surface ares and upon content, become melted and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven. It is considered to be more durable than liquid paint and can prevent any sags, runs, drips, and bubbles which can occur with regular paint. In addition, it is eco-friendly as no solvents or solutions containing epoxy, urethane, or polyester have to be flushed away.
Our electrostatic powder coating experts work with both residential and commercial customers throughout our service areas. Our service areas include, but are not limited to, Lexington, Versailles, Midway, Georgetown, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, Nicholasville, Wilmore, and Harrodsburg. If you need electrostatic painting in Lexington or surrounding towns, contact us online or call 859-879-0399 for a free estimate.
